We ask for your email address in the event that you lose your password or we need to personally contact you, you are not signing up for any mailings and your address will not be sold to anyone. Your address is also used so other FreeDNS users may contact you if they have a question about your domain (if you choose to host one with us), out of high respect for your privacy we have made it where your address is NOT revealed to the user if they are the one contacting you.
